In order to reduce to bare bone and simplify the claims process, Linkage Assurance has categorized claims into two sections: Non-Motor Claims and Motor Claims. In the event of a burglary you may submit your claim directly, using the Online Claims form. We also have a Claims Support Team to assist you with other queries regarding the entire claims cycle.
Online Claims
Online claims can be submitted for any Non-Motor Claim. Simply complete the on-line Motor or Non-Motor claim form and submit it to Linkage Assurance PLc. An automated response will be received acknowledging the electronic receipt of the claim. One of our claims personnel will contact you, the insured, within 24 hours to arrange the settlement of the claim

This category includes motor accident claim, theft of motor vehicle and hijack claims
STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT
- In case of an accident do not accept liability,just report directly to the nearest Police Station or to us.
- In case of any accident,report in writing immediately to the company.All further developments must be well communicated to the company.
- If Third party is involved:If another vehicle is involved or if a person is injured,obtain the full names and addresses of:-
- The driver
- The Insurers of the Vehicle
- The owner
- Any witness to the scene of accident
If your vehicle is drivable, drive to your nearest Branch.
If your vehicle is a total loss, call us.
