Insurance Claims Made Easy
In just eight months of 2021, Linkage Assurance paid out ₦2.45 billion in claims—proving that insurance in Nigeria can work when done right.
Yet, for many people, the fear still lingers:
“Will they actually pay me when something happens?”
“Is it worth the stress?”
Truth is, insurance works best when claims are processed quickly, clearly, and fairly—and that’s where Linkage Assurance stands out.
Whether you’re dealing with an accident, theft, fire, or business interruption, we believe your claims process should never be more stressful than the incident itself. That’s why we’ve built a claims system that’s both globally backed and locally responsive; fast, accessible, and designed to help you recover without delays.
Why Claims Fail
Studies show 70% of delays come from missing documents or wrong information.
In Nigeria, common issues include:
- No police report after an accident or crime
- Missing evidence of damage (photo or video format)
- Late notification, leading to avoidable bureaucratic delays
