The Company’s issued share capital of N3,999,999,997 is made up of 7,999,999,994 ordinary shares of 50k each which are held by Nigerian individuals and institutional investors.
According to the register of members, no shareholder other than the following, Bayelsa State Ministry of Finance Incorporated (BSMFI) and Stanbic IBTC Nominees Nigeria Limited held more than 5% of the issued share capital of the company as at 31 December, 2018.
